Compiled by Lillian Harvey, these are letters regarding the estrangement of John Wesley and his wife, Molly. She shared them with others after becoming aware of the problems a dear friend was experiencing in her marriage, thinking that the letters would help others in a similar situation.

Not everyone shares Lillian’s view that Wesley’s marriage was more a convenient arrangement than a romance.  Yet for those who, like her friend, are experiencing anything but a happy marriage, this booklet shows that sometimes God’s choicest servants go through great difficulties which, if taken aright, can  ultimately deepen their faith.
